Question: How can I contact you?

Answer: You can click on our contact link at the top or bottom of the pages. You can email us with any questions that may not be covered on this page. We normally answer all email within a couple of hours.

Question: How soon will I receive my order?

Answer: Orders normally are shipped within 72 hours after payment is received. Normal delivery in the U.S. via USPS Priority mail which normally takes 2 to 3 days. Rush orders are shipped within 24 hours (except Sundays and Holidays) via Express mail which is normally overnight.

Question: What types of payments do you accept?

Answer: We accept most major credit cards through our website. You may also send a Money order or Western Union.

Question: Can I have a document made that is not shown on your site?

Answer: Yes, we can custom make a document for you. You will need to email us a copy of the document you would like for us to give you a quote on. If you don't have a copy we can custom make you one.

Question: Will the package have anything on it that would state there is a diploma inside?

Answer: Your order will come in a plain envelope or Postal envelope with nothing on the envelope that would indicate that there is a diploma inside. We don't use the company name on the return address.

Question: What if there is a mistake on my documents?

Answer: If we make a mistake on the information you gave us we will send you a corrected document right away at no charge to you.

Question: What types of paper do you use?

Answer: We use the same heavy stock diploma paper and professional security paper that most major schools use.

Question: How good is the quality?

Answer: We go to great lengths to obtain only the best materials for our documents. The quality of our document in most cases surpasses that of the real ones issued from schools.

Question: Can I use this document as a real document?

Answer: Although our documents are very realistic looking, our novelty documents are meant to be used for entertainment only. We do not condone the use of these documents in any other way. If our documents are used for any other purpose than recommended, you accept all responsibility for it.

Question: Do you offer a refund?

Answer: Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund as these are personalized items. We will do everything in our means to make you a satisfied customer.

Question: What type of seals are on the diploma?

Answer: We have different choices of seals that you can choose from.

Question: What signatures are used on the documents?

Answer: Our documents are signed in a way so the names are not really legible. If you request it, we can leave the signatures blank.

Question: Can I purchase a medical or law degree?

Answer: Unfortunately we don't not make any Medical or Law degrees.

Question: Do you offer any verification on the documents?

Answer: These are novelty documents and we are not affiliated with any schools therefore no verification is offered.

Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Only if the order is cancelled within a few hours. Rush orders cannot be cancelled.
